More than a year ago we got together with many singers to look for unique melodies from distinct regions of Hungarian folk music for our concert at Carnegie Hall.
Ildiko Nagy recommended this song from Moldva, Artemisz Polonyi worked out the vocal arrangement, I added my 2 cents and Juancho Herrera Rey made the musical arrangement with a mixture of Ibero-american & Eastern European flavor.

Today we recorded with the great musician, Ildiko Nagy and we had the honor to record Maria Petras folk singer from Romania. She joined us in a few songs that are from her motherland, Moldva.
After touring in Romania/Transylvania with Sad But True, the Nikolett Pankovits Sextet & actor Adam Boncz, we’ll have a show in New York at Drom with special guest vocalists Artemisz Polonyi & Laura Angyal who performed with me at Carnegie Hall as part of The River Voices. Can’t wait ;)
David Darlington is a magician and we love working with him. He did my first record, Magia as well.
We are recording an album after the beautiful concert we had at the Carnegie Hall.
We went on tour with the band and got in the studio right after to record the album.
The record will feature the Nikolett Pankovits Sextet & The River Voices with special guest Adam Boncz.
